TigerHRM: HR, rotas and clocking in for shift teams

Who it's for

TigerHRM is built for care homes, hospitality, cleaning and security companies, and any business with staff on rotas. If your team is still run on spreadsheets, paper timesheets and group chats, it brings everything into one place your managers and staff can use from their phones.

What's included

• Staff records and documents. Contracts and certificates in one secure place, with expiry reminders 90, 60, 30 and 7 days before a document such as a DBS check runs out.
• Right to work checks. Records how each check was done, who did it and when it needs following up.
• Rotas. Build the week from your own shift types, with warnings for holiday clashes, expired documents, rest breaks and the 48-hour week. Staff are told when shifts change and can request swaps.
• Clocking in on site. Fingerprint, card or PIN terminals, or a tablet by the entrance, so hours are accurate and ready for payroll.
• Holiday and absence. Statutory holiday worked out for you, including part-time and irregular-hours staff, regional bank holidays and Bradford Factor scores for sickness.
• Reports and payroll. Compliance and absence reports, timesheet approval and a payroll export for your payroll software.
• Several sites. Each site has its own rota and terminals, and managers only see their own people.

Pricing

You pay only for active employees. Leavers don't count, there are no set-up fees and you can cancel at any time.

Clocking terminals and network setup
