When you use our contact form we collect your name, email address, and, if you choose to give them, your company name, phone number, the service you are interested in and your message. If you email or call us, we keep the details you give us.

Why we use it

We use this information to reply to your enquiry, prepare quotations and, if you become a customer, provide our services. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us, or taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.

We do not sell your information or use it for marketing without your consent.

Who can see it

Only our staff who need it to deal with your enquiry. Our website and its database are run on a server provided by our hosting company, who process the data on our behalf.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to deal with your request and any work that follows, and then delete them. Customer records are kept for as long as the law requires for accounting purposes.

Cookies

The public pages of this website do not set cookies or use tracking. Our staff admin area uses a single essential cookie to keep staff signed in.
